International sales and shipping

We also ship parts to other countries. To order parts, please send us a request. The request must contain your name, address, phone number and post code, add a link to the advertised part you want to buy or the EAN number. When ordering parts that are on a motorcycle, disassembly time must be calculated. Payment is made using the PayPal payment link, shipping costs and part costs must be paid before the item is shipped. All items are shipped with FedEx, the tracking number will be on the receipt you receive when the part is shipped.

Tax (VAT)

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we would like to provide some information regarding international taxes and duties.

Please note that your order total does not include local Value Added Tax (VAT) or customs duties. As an international customer, you are exempt from paying Norwegian VAT at the time of purchase.

However, once your package arrives in your country, you will receive a separate invoice from the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS). This invoice will cover:

• Local VAT/Sales Tax based on your country's rates.
• Customs duties (if applicable).
• A small processing fee from the carrier for handling the customs clearance.

Please be aware that these charges are the recipient's responsibility and must be settled before or upon delivery to release your package.
